Meet The Young Entrepreneur Who Is Interested in Cryptocurrency refers to a series of exploitable image macros about the young entrepreneur Youssof Altoukhi who is interested in cryptocurrency. The extremely posh portrait of him went viral in August 2021 after Forbes shared it via a tweet, leading to memes in the following days.

On August 5th, 2021, Forbes Magazine tweeted a link to a recent article they wrote about, "Youssof Altoukhi: 16-Year-Old Entrepreneur Aiming To Increase Equality In Decision Making Among Cryptocurrency Projects."[1] The tweet (shown below) gained roughly 5,900 likes and 13,600 quote tweets over the course of one day.[2]

On August 5th, the original tweet received roughly 13,600 quote tweets in only 24 hours. Twitter users began cracking jokes about the 16-year-old's resemblance to Sammy Classic Sonic Fan (shown below, left)[3] and Austin Powers (shown below, right),[4] among other people.
The idea of a "16-year-old cryptocurrency entrepreneur," his exaggerated appearance and his appearance in Forbes, made the scenario easily memeable to many online. Celebrities and other Twitter personalities with large followings, like comedian Sam Morril (shown below, left),[5] or debo from Twitter (shown below, right),[6] took the opportunity to make him into memes.
