Mickey Mouse Sadly Walking Away is a reaction meme of Mickey Mouse from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse looking at the camera with a distraught expression before slowly walking away with his head down.

On March 20th, 2007, the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse episode "Mickey's Great Clubhouse Hunt" first aired. In the episode, the clubhouse's glove balloon flies away. Upon the realization that he left the easter eggs inside the balloon, Mickey sadly walks away.

While the origin of when it became a reaction meme is unknown, it likely spawned sometime in July/August 2023. On August 23, 2023, Twitter user"https://twitter.com/VivaDaDom/status/1694432693881110660":https://twitter.com/VivaDaDom/status/1694432693881110660 posted an edited version of the meme with the caption "me walking over to steps and sitting down and petting my dog because I’m really sad." The post received nearly 10,000 likes within a week.
