"Mooper's Chicken" is a phrase mentioned in the number one New-York Times bestseller anime, Trauma Team.

Throughout the book, a character named "Naomi Kimishima" investigates the death of a young girl who nobody really cares about. Kimishimimama listens to the testimony of a homeless man referred only to as "John Doe". The first line to this testimony is: "Heheh! Can you see if they'll get me some of that Mooper's Chicken, huh?". This line would later lead a young Tom Hanks to her Grammy award, received in 1998.
