In the video, a group of men was sitting on the ground and saying, “Saman Samun bai ghatt lutya kro,” and then they start running as soon as they hear the voice of a siren similar to a police vehicle and start shouting, “oye pols aagi pols” (Police has come, police) Soon one of them found out that it was not the police but a baba on his bike with a siren he said, “Oyee aajao eh taa baba hi aa” and the baba replied, “Daro na daro na mallo, eh taa moudifive kraaya hoya ha” they replied, “Achha modifive kraaya hoya aa babe da”.

The video appears to be a humorous prank played by the group of men on each other, as they mistake the light from a bike's blue and red headlight for that of a police vehicle. The baba also seems to be in on the joke, as he teases them about being afraid and having "modified" the bike.

In the first week of February 2023, the video became widely famous on YouTube. On February 5, 2023, the YouTube channel @shitposting9834 posted a video that received more than 50,000 views. But in the first week of March, the meme grew insanely popular.
