During the video, the woman makes reference to the Devil, coronavirus 5g conspiracy theories, Hillary Clinton.

On June 23rd, 2020, the Plam Beach County Commissioners published video of public comments regarding the mandatory mask requirements (mirror below).^[1] The woman in the said, "You cannot mandate someone to wear a mask that is killing people. It is literally killing people, and we the people are waking up, and we know what citizens arrest is becuase citizens arrests are already happening. And every one of you who is obeying the Devli's laws are going to be arrested."

That day, WPTV News in Palm Beach posted a report on the mandate featuring the woman. The post received more than 100,000 views in less than one week (shown below).

The following day, Twitter user @aravosis shared a clip from a CNN^[4] report on the meeting with the caption "Floridians angrily claiming masks are the work of the devil because "they want to throw God’s wonderful breathing system out the door.'"
