About

Paris Hilton's Son's Big Head or Paris Hilton's Big Headed Baby "Phoenix" refers to comments and memes joking about the size and shape of Paris Hilton's son Phoneix's head after she posted a series of photos posing with him to Instagram in mid-October 2023. The images spread across social media that month, inspiring photoshops, memes and teasing about his perceived large head, including comparisons between him and Megamind and comments suggesting the baby is telepathic. The photos also inspiring speculation that her son's head size was caused by a health problem. Later that month, Hilton responded to the comments in a statement calling the comments "hurtful" and claiming that Phoenix is perfectly healthy.

On October 24th, X[8] user @amuse posted, "Paris Hilton’s baby is a genius…" along with a photo encircling Phoenix's head with a red circle, garnering over 600 likes in six days. That day, Paris Hilton made a post to X[9] responding to the jokes about Phoenix, calling them "hurtful" and writing that it is "unacceptable" to target her son. She also claims that Phoenix is "perfectly healthy." The post gained over 12,000 likes in six days (shown below, left). On October 25th, X[10] user @krassenstein made a post defending Hilton's baby, garnering over 8,400 likes in five days (shown below, right).

Living life in the spotlight, comments are inevitable, but targeting my child, or anyone else's for that matter, is unacceptable. This hurts my heart more deeply than words can describe. I've worked hard to cultivate an environment that is all about love, respect, and acceptance, and I expect the same in return. If I don't post my baby, people assume I'm not a great mother and if I do post him, there are some people who are cruel and hateful I'm a proud working mom and my baby is perfectly healthy, adorable and angelic. I've dreamt of being a mom for as long as I can remember. ✈✈ Phoenix is my world and has been the biggest blessing of my life. Every day with him is a reminder of what truly matters. It's hard to fathom that there are people in the world who would target such innocence. I hope that people can treat one another with more kindness and empathy.
Brian Krassenstein K @krassenstein Last week Paris Hilton posted this adorable picture of her son on social media. Subscribe There were a few disgusting people who replied to it commenting cruelly about her son having a large head. Before I tell you how Hilton responded, let me point out some things: 1) Men with larger heads as adults are typically found more attractive on average. 2) On average, a person with a larger head tends to be smarter. 3) I have seen many babies and toddlers who have heads which are much larger than typical. Nearly every one of them, including my son, have grown into their heads and look perfectly proportional after a few years.
