Overview

Anastasia Pokreshchuk or JustQueen88 is a Ukrainian model and influencer known for her extreme amounts of facial surgery, giving her what some call the "world's largest cheeks." Pokreshchuk first became the subject of media attention and virality in 2020 when the Daily Mail reported on her surgeries, leading to further media appearances, including on an episode of Hooked on the Look.

Online History

Anastasia Pokreshchuk's earliest modeling content was posted to her Instagram^[1] account justqueen88 on April 13th, 2020. Over the next four years, Pokreschuk would gain over 421,000 followers on the account (early photo examples shown below).

On July 7th, 2020, the Daily Mail^[2] published an article claiming Pokreshchuk is "addicted to injecting her own cheek fillers." The article features a photo of Pokreshchuk before and after the fillers (shown below). In the piece, Pokreshchuk is quoted as saying she looked like a "grey mouse" before the fillers and claims she gets more romantic attention thanks to the fillers. She also speaks on the dangers of infection from administering your own cheek fillers.

On the same day, the This Morning YouTube^[3] page posted a video on which the Daily Mail article is based in which Pokreshchuk talks with a doctor about administering her own fillers, saying she learned how to do the fillers "online." The doctor discourages her from injecting herself with fillers, garnering over 200,000 views in four years. On October 12th, truly uploaded a Hooked on the Look video to YouTube^[4] talking with Pokreshchuk, garnering over 1.3 million views in the same span of time. (shown below, left and right).

On April 25th, 2022, the Daily Mail^[5] published an article about a video of Pokreshchuk getting cheek filler injected by a beautician. On November 1st, 2023, Mirror^[6] published an article about her health and fertility struggles, revealing that she is unable to successfully carry a baby for "various reasons."

On November 29th, she posted a video to Instagram^[7] showing off a set of claw-like nails, garnering over 5,700 likes in three months (shown below). On November 30th, NDTV^[8] reported on the video. On February 24th, 2024, Daily Mail^[9] published an article about Pokreshchuk writing about how she wishes to adopt a Ukrainian child who has been orphaned by the war and that she is an "avid reader of magical realism."

Online Presence

Pokreshchuk is active on her Instagram^[10][11] accounts justqueen88 and justqueen8888, boasting over 400,000 followers on the former and 90,000 on the latter.

Pokreshchuk's plastic surgery has inspired controversy throughout the 2020s. She has been featured in several videos and pieces of content about extreme plastic surgery (example shown below).
