Fenty Beauty TikTok House is a house organized by Rihanna and her brand Fenty Beauty in which five popular TikTokers live and create TikTok content in Los Angeles. The house, formed in March 2020, is comprised of TikTokers @makayladid, @thedawndishsoap, @emmycombss, @savpalacio and @challxn. The purpose of the house is to promote Fenty Beauty and give a platform for these up-and-coming content creators.

Online History

On March 6th, 2020, The Fenty Beauty TikTok account posted a video introducing the Fenty Beauty House (shown below, left). The video gained over 95,700 likes in four days. That same day, they posted a video of Rihanna at the Fenty Beauty House party introducing the the house (shown below, right).

The next day, TikTok influencers @makayladid, @thedawndishsoap, @emmycombss each introduced themselves as a part of the the Fenty Beauty House in separate videos which garnered over 6,300 likes, 6,900 likes and 8,700 likes respectively in three days (shown below).

On march 8th, 2020, two more members of the house, @savpalacio and @challxn introduced themselves in separate videos which accumulated over 11,900 likes and 26,900 likes respectively in two days.

Reputation

On March 9th, @PopCrave shared one of Fenty's TikTok videos with the caption, "Rihanna debuts new TikTok house in Los Angeles: 'We are standing in the official first Fenty Beauty TikTok home. I just wanted to create a platform for the next wave of content creators. I think our generation is the sickest, the illest, the most creative;" (shown below). The post garnered over 57,100 likes and 5,300 retweets in a day.

That same day, Twitter user @cherrymoondream^[3] replied to the announcement saying, "she wanna do eveything but make music" which gained over 1,800 likes in a day. On March 10th, Twitter user @jeff_eryd^[4] tweeted, "Fuk the HypeHouse!!! Rihanna please let me in the FentyBeauty House" (shown below, right). Many Twitter users continued to compare the house to Hype House. MTV^[2] and Glamour^[1] published articles introducing the Fenty Beauty house.
