About

OneyNG is the online alias of animator Chris O'Neill,^[2] who is known for producing a series of adult-themed animations on YouTube and for creating the online comedy show Leo and Satan. Much of O'Neill's work parodies various forms of entertainment, including films, television shows and video games.

Online History

Newgrounds

On June 30th, 2006, O'Neill uploaded a short animated film titled "HALO-Combat Erected! V1.1?" to Newgrounds,^[8] featuring a parody guide for the game Halo (shown below, left). On July 7th, 2007, O'Neill uploaded a music video for the God of War 2 theme song, gathering more than 560,000 views over the next nine years (shown below, right). From 2007 to 2016, O'Neill uploaded an additional 54 animations to the site.

YouTube

Chris O'Neill created his YouTube account OneyNG on October 8th, 2008.^[12] Three weeks later, he uploaded his firs video to the channel titled "A Random Day," featuring a compilation of stick figure animations (shown below).^[11] Over the next eight years, the channel garnered upwards of 368 million views and 1.8 million subscribers.

Leo and Satan

Leo and Satan is a comedy series featuring the relationship between the protagonist Leo and his best friend and roommate Satan. The animation was pitched as a television show by Mosaic Entertainment Group to Adult Swim but was ultimately turned down due to them at the time already having too many shows related to the Devil. Other notable networks the show was rejected by due to religious concerns include Comedy Central and Fox.^[15]

HellBenders (with PsychicPebbles)

The HellBenders series follows the lovers Chris and Zack through various misadventures.

Personal Life

Chris O'Neill was born in Wexford, Ireland on November 21st, 1990.^[13] He does not disclose much information about himself but does do some guest appearances on YouTube.
