The majority of The Best Gamers content comes in the form of comedic reviews and critiques of modern and older video games. Their videos contain voice overs from one or more of The Best Gamers team which includes "GAMZERGUY", "ROCKCOCK64", "DARKGAMER6669", "KARNIVORE89" and "KR1$$YKR0N1K~".

Their videos often contain heavy criticism and satire of video games, video game developers, the consumer and more through the use of irony, sarcasm and stereotypes. Many of their videos have a heavy dislike skew due to people's ineptitude to understand their use of sarcasm comments despite some blatant and crude content in most of their videos.

The Best Gamers have a distinct style in their videos and many other visual and auditory elements which seemingly stems from late 90s to early 00s era gamer culture. For example the song at the end of their videos is "The Way You Move" from the 1994 Killer Instinct soundtrack which is accompanied by a very 90s style music video. Another example is the teams profile pictures on their website (also seen in their videos) which are edited photos of themselves (?) that appear to be intentionally of poor/obscure quality. This inclusion of older style graphics and elements from the 90s gives their videos a retro style; this however clashes with their consistent mocking of 90s gamer mentality through their personas.
