This meme is an variation of put "x in y's hand". The orginal picture is of McGill, a Krawk in the lost Krawk island event. Currently one neopian (a person who plays neopets) is hosting all of the notable pictures on their petpage.
It has become so popular that even the administers of neopets have posted about it on their twitter accounts.
Put something ni McGills Hand contains various in-jokes and other memes making it so funny.
It contains a wide variety of genres from mindcraft, pokemon, neopets, common memes, and even general objects.
