The Roadhouse term in combination with kicking has his origins in the Family Guy Episode "Brian is Got a Brand New Bag".
Peter buys a DVD of the movie "Road House" with Patrick Swazy. As he sees how Swazy is defeating his enemies with amazing Karate kicks, he is just fascinated by the movie and its message.
Soon he starts to kick things and people, and he ends up with the word "Roadhouse!".
