r/okbuddyrosalyn is a subreddit created in 2022. The community focuses on the creation of ironic edits of the comic strip Calvin and Hobbes, which ran from 1985 to 1995.

On March 18, 2025, Reddit user f0remsics uploaded an edit of a Calvin and Hobbes comic with an arrow pointing at Calvin's implication that Rosalyn was a high school senior. This was in response to jokes involving her other users had made using serialized humor.

In the following days, the crudely drawn arrow became the focus of several edited images on r/okbuddyrosalyn
