My dear friend just turned 50 yesterday and had a party that was being held for today many people RSVP and she was so exciting and looking forward to spending her special day with her close friends and family. Well due to circumstances that party at last min was cancelled.. I seen with my own eyes how upsetting snd disappointed she was. I'm hoping to change that and make this party happen ..I can't do this alone. The party was schedule today at 5:00 the place is still available to use for the function.. This is a little messed up

Baby shower rules So my baby shower is in 2 days and apparently people don't know that they aren't supposed to show up to a baby shower empty handed. The purpose of a baby shower is to shower the baby with a gift. I made a rule stating if you come empty handed you are not allowed to eat or have alcoholic drinks. Those who brought a gift will get a wrist band at the door and they are welcomed to eat & drink as they please. It seems as though people aren't too fond of this rule but tbh idc because the time and money it took to prepare for this baby shower was very hectic to just allow people to eat and drink for free without getting my baby anything. For all that I rather they not show up. Am I being dramatic with this whole gift situation?

O r/as' Any puppies? Looking For I am devastated that my senior dog (he was 13) suffered a collapsed trachea and I had to put him to sleep on 3/14/25. As I said in my previous post, I am on disability and don't have tons of extra money, so I'm hoping for free/low cost... I'm hoping for someone to make a deal for a new puppy or young dog, preferably under 2 years old? I am ONLY looking for SMALL breeds, like chihuahuas and terriers, etc (mixed breeds are great too!) if you have any pups that need a new, loving home please contact me, so I can look at any pictures. I'd prefer they be spayed/neutered and if older, potty trained. Also, any help finding one elsewhere would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for any help you can provide! You can't keep it

MarketPlace July 23 at 3:41 PM. I am looking for an artist to have some fun painting this 26 1/8" x 36 3/4" wavy MDF. The material will require more than one coat to fully seal and hide away the materials grain. You have no time limit. Please take advantage and be creative. Unfortunately you will not be able to keep the piece, unless further discussed. My request are to make the canvas an ocean with the wavy pattern the piece is already. Or, space themed (Nebula's, dust clouds, supernova aftermath, etc) No direct planets or objects in either ideas, only use of blending and shading. I do ask to limit the brightness of the overall art piece. Use warm colours to help pop out the high points and dark to really sink in the low points. I can further more explain what i mean if needed with examples.
MarketPlace July 23 at 3:41 PM. I am looking for an artist to have some fun painting this 26 1/8" x 36 3/4" wavy MDF. The material will require more than one coat to fully seal and hide away the materials grain. You have no time limit. Please take advantage and be creative. Unfortunately you will not be able to keep the piece, unless further discussed. My request are to make the canvas an ocean with the wavy pattern the piece is already. Or, space themed (Nebula's, dust clouds, supernova aftermath, etc) No direct planets or objects in either ideas, only use of blending and shading. I do ask to limit the brightness of the overall art piece. Use warm colours to help pop out the high points and dark to really sink in the low points. I can further more explain what i mean if needed with examples.
