TF2 Raffle

TF2 Raffle is a website for the game Team Fortress 2 that allows users to hold raffles and give away items. Raffle threads became dominant on 4chan's /v/ and most raffles ended up being from /v/. Trolling is very prominent usually involving someone giving away a ludicrous amount of good items and not giving anything to the winners.

Gootecks is the poster boy of this meme (and TF2) for his face was one of the first images used for the early raffle winners. Soon after everyone used Gootecks as their avatar. Every Raffle thread and almost every Raffle uses a variation of Gootecks as the image for the OP of the thread or the raffle
