His Dark Materials is a BBC/HBO-produced fantasy television drama adaptation of the trilogy of the same name by Philip Pullman.

Online History

On February 24th, 2019, the BBC released a first teaser for His Dark Materials, an eight-part series adapting the His Dark Materials trilogy. The video received more than 920,000 views in three months (shown below, left).

On May 17, 2019, HBO and BBC released the second teaser (and first teaser for the former) for the series. Within two weeks, the post received nearly 3 million views (shown below, middle).

On July 18, 2019, during San Diego Comic-Con, HBO and BBC released the extended trailer (and the official trailer for the former) for the series (shown below, right).
