About
The Kamen Rider series (translated as Masked Rider series) is a metaseries of manga and tokusatsu television programs and films created by manga artist Shotaro Ishinomori. The various Kamen Rider media generally feature a motorcycle-riding superhero with an insect motif who fights supervillains often referred to as kaijin.
History
The franchise began in 1971 with the Kamen Rider television series which followed college student Takeshi Hongo and his quest to defeat the world-conquering Shocker organization. Over the years, the popularity of the franchise has grown and the original series has spawned many television and theatrical sequels.
Online Relevance
Although the Kamen Rider series is primarily targeted towards Japanese children, the popularity of the series has grown to older audiences, (a good portion of which have grown-up watching the series).
The popularity of the series has been gradually growing in other countries such as the US, in part due to the popularity of Power Rangers. In the same vein that Power Rangers was adapted from the Japanese Super Sentai series, there have been two American adaptations of Kamen Rider.
The first being adapted from Kamen Rider Black RX simply known as Masked Rider, which premiered on September 16, 1995. This series was produced by Saban is known to fans as the worst thing to come out of the series due to its poor plot development, acting and editing.
The second was Kamen Rider Dragon Knight, an adaptation of Kamen Rider Ryuki and wad produced by Adness Entertainment. While it did not see too big of a commercial success in the US, it saw huge success in Japan when it was dubbed over, even having a sequel in the form of a novel. In 2010, Dragon Knight was nominated for and won the Daytime Emmy Award for "Outstanding Stunt Coordination".

Rider Kick
The Rider Kick is the common finishing move for Kamen riders. The usage of this meme is similar to how the Falcon Punch is used. It is often used as an image macro by placing the words "Rider Kick" on an image that has a person kicking someone. In videos, this is done by placing a sound effect saying "Rider Kick" (this sound effect being from the Zecters from Kamen Rider Kabuto).
Agito Rage
Agito Rage originates from a review of the S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Agito by YouTube "internet personality" Vangelus. In the video review, he points out that the figure only comes with one pair of interchangeable hands that he dubs as "rage hands". In the review, there is a scene where Agito yells in rage. Since most Figuarts come with several sets of hands, this clip is used to invoke the disappointment of accessories for figures. This later became a running gag, with the clip appearing in more of Vangelus' reviews.
The clip it question can be seen at the 6:36 mark in the video below.
Onore Dikeido (Decade) / Damn you Decade
Onore Dikeido, translated as "Damn you Decade", is a line repeated by a mysterious prophet named Narutaki from Kamen Rider Decade. Narutaki travels between the Riders Worlds to warn the native Riders of the impending doom Decade will bring. Whenever something bad happens, Narutaki will always blame it on Decade, usually in the form of him saying "Onore Dikeido".
In the meme, Decade is usually spelled as Dikeido due to the Japanese pronunciation.
