MiiTime or miiTiMe is a series of animations by 100percentglimmer that recreate Tinarina's segments from the '90s cable access show rAw TiMe using Nintendo Miis. The first miiTiMe video was posted in late December 2024 and followed by two sequels in January and February 2025. The videos became notably successful on YouTube and X / Twitter, inspiring fan art and content depicting Tinarina in her Mii form, which is referred to as MiinaRiina.

History

On December 24th, 2024, YouTuber^[1] and animator 100percentglimmer posted a video titled "miiTiMe" that recreates a segment of one of Tinarina, aka Tiffy's, rAw TiMe episodes, in which she takes calls from trollish callers and responds to them sarcastically, with Miis. The video gained over 535,000 views in two months. The animator posted the video to X^[2] on December 29th, garnering over 3,500 likes in the same rough span of time.

The animation is based on an episode of rAw TiMe that aired on June 26th, 1999.^[3]

On January 8th, 2025,100percentglimmer released "miiTiMe 2" on YouTube,^[4] garnering over a million views in a month. They posted the video to X^[5] that same day, garnering over 66,000 likes and 1.1 million views in the same span of time.

On February 7th, 100percentglimmer released "miiTiMe 3" on YouTube^[6] and X,^[7] garnering over 382,000 views on the former and 76,000 likes and 2.4 million views on the latter in six days.

Online Presence

The MiiTime videos became notably popular on X with each release. The third episode's release on February 7th, 2025, inspired a surge of fan art and content related to the MiinaRiina. For example, on February 10th, 2025, X^[8] user @EllisBros posted a drawing of MiinaRiina that gained over 32,000 likes in three days.

On February 11th, X^[9] user @SyngmanYeep posted a piece of art depicting MiinaRiina and a selection of the callers' Miis that appeared in the third video, garnering over 7,000 likes in two days.
