This is a quote from the first Yakuza game. During the last boss fight Akira Nishikiyama says "Ten years in the joint made you a fucking pussy" referencing the 10 years Kiryu (the main protagonist of the game) spend prior to the game's plot.
This became a meme in the 2nd quarter of 2022. using the voice line "Ten years in the joint made you a fucking pussy" along with a mugshot-like picture of Akira Nishikiyama from the first game.
