@TheCrookedMon also known as the guy Working Out One Trap is a TikToker who claims to have been training only his left shoulder trap muscle for over 100 days. The TikToker claims to be doing the opposite of Looksmaxxing by forcing a muscular imbalance. Some internet users have questioned whether the TikToker's crooked neck is a result of a birth defect, prompting "Trap Man" to show photos of himself before he supposedly began his project. Internet users have had varied reactions to the Trap Man, with some commending the 19-year-old by calling him the "Free Will Final Boss," while others have expressed concerns over the TikToker's well-being.

TikToker[1] @TheCrookedMon began posting videos to TikTok in 2024, however, his first account was banned. He began reposting videos on January 6th, 2025, showing himself standing in his home gym and holding a large dumbbell with his left hand. His neck appears noticeably crooked due to the size of his left shoulder trap muscle, which is considerably larger than his right trap.
The video gathered over 500,000 views and 1,500 likes in four months.

The TikToker[2] gained his first viral post on January 6th, 2025. The clip features a voice-over sound effect that said, "I don't want people to say 'That's a nice physique,' I want them to say 'What the fuck is that?'" The video gathered over 17 million views and 840,000 likes in three months.
