On October 2nd, 2018, adult film actor Rebecca More tweeted [1] a video of herself and actor Sophie Anderson saying, "Do you know what we are? We're fucking cock destroyers." The post received more than 995 retweets and 3,000 likes in less than two months (shown below).

Following the post, people began using the video as a reaction video, making it the punchline to a caption. On November 4th, Twitter[2] user @haechan_fag tweeted the video with the caption, "Kim Youngbin and Yoo Hweseung's audition tape for FNC Entertainment." The post received more than 500,000 views in less than one month. The next day, Twitter[3] user @spellingboy tweeted the video with the caption, "Hillary and Chelsea Clinton FaceTiming Donna Brazile to persuade her to leak debate questions." The post received more than 180 likes in one month (shown below, center).
Three days later, Twitter[4] user @trysteh tweeted the video with the caption, "me:
middle aged couples on Grindr at 2 am." The tweet received more than 700 retweets and 2,600 likes in less than one month (shown below, right).
Others began parodying the quote, adding it to other images and making new jokes about it. Twitter[5] user @MAccadaynu tweeted the painting "Gabrielle d'Estrées et une de ses sœurs"[6] with the caption "Dost thou know what art we? We’re fuckyn cockke destroiers, aren’t we baybe?" The tweet received more than 2,700 retweets and 9,400 likes in two days (shown below).
Several media outlets covered the meme, including Vice, [7] PopBuzz[8] and more.
A Tale of Two Cock Destroyers
On October 8th, 2019, Out Magazine[9] tweeted "Cock Destroyers @more_milf and @SophieASlut in their first gay porn: Ah, that's herstory! The Cock Destroyers Are Finally Starring in a Gay Porn And it’s a period piece! out.com" (shown below). The tweet gained over 480 likes and 100 retweets in a day. Out Magazine[10] announced that the adult film titled "A Tale of Two Cock Destroyers" will air on Men.com on October 18th and will feature the two women as "rival brothel madams in Victorian England."
