You Should Have Died At Birth is a phrase said during the flight scene from the Amazon Prime Video show Invincible that began airing in 2021. On November 3rd 2023, the first episode of the second season was premiered. In that episode, there is a fight scene where Omni-Man and Invincible fight the resistance in a bunker. There Omni-man faces Robot Life Pod and they fight until Robot Life Pod is downed. At 7:09 Robot Life Pod says: "Someday you too will die." Omni-man: Sure. But you should have died at birth.

Before the first episode premiered the sentence was already being used as a meme. On 25 July 2023, a user called 'Crackerz' uploaded this moment taken from Invincible Season 2 trailer. There Crackerz said: 'I cannot wait for the new season of invincible. Omni man is harsh'

Another similair video on YouTube has a comment from JustJoshua5759: "I knew as soon as he said that line it was gonna be a meme. I also love how they knew the man’s reputation for being a menace and gave him that one line to hype him up lool"

The quote also started being compared to previous Invincible memes like Invincible Title Cards Be Like…. The YouTube 'Domidoodoo' uploaded on November 5th 2023 a video called 'Omni Man says the thing'__ which generated 720K views in 3 days. On that video a user @tedcruz212 commented: “You should’ve died at birth” that’s the line I really want to hear lol. Such an absolutely brutal line. The comment got 7.4K upvotes.
