Congresswoman Lauren Boebert Elicits Eyerolls After Getting Kicked Out Of Theater Showing 'Beetlejuice' Musical For Vaping And Rowdy Behavior
Noted difficult audience member and Republican Congresswoman Lauren Boebert took her "talents" to a showing of the musical Beetlejuice in Denver Sunday night where she was kicked out for vaping, flash photography and causing a disturbance to fellow theater patrons.
Video of the incident showing Buell Theater staff escorting Boebert and an unidentified second guest out of the theater Sunday evening spread through social media last night. According to The Denver Post, three complaints were made about Boebert and the congresswoman was warned by staff at intermission. Boebert's behavior did not cease after the warning and she was asked to leave.

While being removed by staff, Boebert and the guest were reportedly belligerent and insisted they would not leave. Ushers stated that she yelled "Do you know who I am?" at staff and said she would be "contacting the mayor" about the incident.
As the video spread on Twitter, social media users joked about the controversial congresswoman, who appears to be making a habit of causing disturbances as an audience member.
In 2022, she received a bipartisan chorus of boos for interrupting Joe Biden's State of the Union address.
Despite her attitude during the moment, Boebert seemed more lighthearted about it in the days following. On Twitter yesterday, she copped to "thoroughly enjoy the AMAZING" show. "I plead guilty to laughing and singing too loud," she added.
