As home invaders allegedly broke into the home of eSports players Devin and Kieran Agony, one half of the Agony Duo live-tweeted the incident from their gaming room.

Devin Agony, a member of the eSports collective the Faze Clan, sent frantic messages about a break-in at his home in Ontario, Canada, claiming that he heard a gunshot outside his bedroom door. Unable to reach his phone, Devin documented the incident on Twitter.

"Please pray for me and my brother and my roommate," Devin tweeted from the FaZe Agony Twitter account. "People just broke in our house and tried to breakdown my bedroom door then I heard a gunshot."

Minutes after his first tweet, Agony reported that police had arrived and were "clearing house now." He also confirmed the safety of his brother Kevin.

Following the tweets, he shared a picture of an orange bullet casing, which allegedly came from the invaders' weapon.

Some on Twitter accused Agony of fabricating the incident, pointing to his tweeting about the invasion, rather than contacting authorities, as proof. Agony explained that while he did not have his phone with him, he had access to a computer and used Discord to message people for help.

Others on Twitter shared their relief for their safety. Neither Agony nor authorities have yet to release an official statement.
