justin bieber urges fans to stream new song yummy on livestream
The rollout of Justin Bieber's latest single doesn't appear to be going according to plan. Released to a wave of negative criticism over the song's merits, Bieber hosted a live stream over the weekend during which he pleaded with fans to stream the song. Unfortunately, the singer couldn't even be bothered to finish his meal before urging fans to listen to his new song, potentially alienating fans with misophonia.
Over a plate of who knows what, the singer asked fans to stream his new single and get it to "number one."
"I'm doing everything I can on my end," the singer muttered on the stream. "If you're on here, go stream 'Yummy,' like please, because I really want this frickin' spot. It would be fire."
It's sad to watch, you know?

The singer's subpar rallying cry has already been the subject of its own wave of negative memes and jokes. On Twitter, people described the singer as desperate, using the hashtag #justinbieberisoverparty

Sadly, Bieber's efforts were in vain as the song debuted at number two on Billboard's Hot 100 charts. Maybe next time, put down the fork when you ask for a favor, Beebs.
.@justinbieber's "Yummy" debuts at No. 2 on this week's #Hot100, earning him his 17th career top 10 hit.
