If there are two things pretty much everyone loves, it's Pokémon and big butts. Right now, combinations of the two are selling for thousands of dollars on the crypto market in the form of Rule 34 fan art NFTs.

The story was spotted by Ryan Broderick in his Garbage Day column. "Let me tell you about one kind of NFT that will surely never depreciate in value: Thicc Pokémon," writes Broderick. "They’re digital trading cards of Pokémon drawn to have really big asses."
Yes, right now, a Thicc Raichu NFT Pokémon card that gives Raichu the move "Thunder Clap," referring to its generous buttcheeks, is going for $6,300. Thicc Pidgeot, which frankly looks like it has a very serious disease, is going for $5,000.
Not all the big booty Pokémon are being deemed as valuable by the market, though. More affordable NFT Thicc Pokémon include Male Nidoran, who is going for a paltry $150, and Thicc Sandshrew, who is running at $220 at the time of writing.
Surely, many of us have subscribed to the mantra "gotta catch 'em all" at some point in our lives, but this latest craze raises the question: at what cost?
