Scott Adams Is Selling A 'Dilbert' NFT Where Dilbert Swears
If you've ever opened up your Sunday funnies and read a Dilbert strip and thought to yourself, "boy, I sure do like this funny office guy, but I just wish he'd drop a serious F-bomb for once," then this may be the news for you.
Scott Adams, Dilbert creator turned prominent social media conservative, has joined the NFT game with a pretty transparently cynical ploy to make some money off a Dilbert strip where the title character swears.

"For those who wonder, NFTs are digital art that is collectible because the original is registered on the blockchain. Yes, anyone can copy digital art. But you can't copy its entry on the blockchain, which makes it collectible. Does that make rational sense? Nope," he wrote. Responding to a user who said he was grifting his following, he responded, "Grifters are not transparent. I tell you directly they have no practical value."

Despite Adams' insistence that his NFTs are worthless, his Dilbert strip featuring Dilbert swearing is currently sitting with a $12,000 bid in an auction. The same strip without the swear currently has a high bid of $1,250.
