Twitch streamer F1NN5TER, known by many for his femboy aesthetics, achieved a first with his recent and contentious Twitch ban.
On Tuesday, word of his ban initially began to spread online, with F1NN5TER himself poking fun at the situation unfolding.
3 day ban for (i think) accidentally showing my shorts under my dress for a second on stream? more info to come apparently, will update tmrw :)

While it was originally thought to be the result of too-revealing clothing in relation to the skirt he was wearing, it was clarified that the purported reason for the Twitch ban had to do with a policy surrounding boobs and their sexualization due to touching, as F1NN5TER was fixing his bra during the stream and was not aware of the rule.
This makes F1NN5TER, who's self-described as a "CIS male crossdresser," the first male to be banned by Twitch as a result of a boob ruling, causing him to both celebrate the ban and question its legitimacy.

This ban, as with most Twitch bans, has created some drama online as people have started to call it inconsistent of Twitch to ban F1NN5TER (who identifies as a male) for the display of breasts while other streamers of various identities and appearances are able to do hot tub streams without issue.
Twitch has not made an official statement on this ban, falling in line with its long history of not commenting on streamer bans in relation to its content moderation policy.
no f1nn5ter isn't the victim of transmisogyny, that's extremely silly.
it's just regular misogyny of course— livia (WRETCHED) (@hyperfekt) February 10, 2023
Eret makes bits about her gender affirming products regularly but I guess removing your boob entirely isn't seen as sexual 🤭 pic.twitter.com/YdzDIu03uW

btw just laying this out there as probably one of my last posts on this platform, if you think f1nn5ter is hurting trans people by publicly playing with gender presentation and identifying as a dude while letting twitch viewers fund it you're fucking truscum

The ban is only a temporary suspension, so Finnster should be back to his normal streaming schedule within the near future.
