Teen On Anesthesia Wants Aaron Rodgers And Popsicles, Gets The Latter
The post-anesthesia video has been a premier internet genre since time immemorial, and it recently just added another video to its criterion collection. Here is Callie Kessler, teen and apparently Green Bay Packers superfan who awoke from surgery in intense pain only to find that Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was not there beside her.
I guess you can say I love the packers even under anesthesia ?

In her two-minute rant, Kessler sobs over how much she loves Rodgers (and Packers running back Aaron Jones) and wants him to be his best friend while huffing down popsicle after popsicle. (Though it's unclear what surgery she went through, it appears to have had something to do with her throat). Towards the end of the video, she says "Aaron Rodgers would buy me 400 popsicles."
The video started going viral after Aaron Jones retweeted her, saying, "I hope you feel better !! Don’t worry only the real ones know about me …. I’ll keep running that rock and let me know if you need some pop sickles."

Rodgers' girlfriend Danica Patrick caught wind of the video and offered to send Kessler the 400 requested popsicles.
We would like to buy you 400 popsicles. Dm your address. 😉
We hope you feel better, but if you don’t, the popsicles should help a little! 🙌🏼 @AaronRodgers12 https://t.co/DMezMuCDWy— Danica Patrick (@DanicaPatrick) February 8, 2020
Lo and behold, the popsicles came:

Let this wholesome story be a lesson to you folks: if you ever are coming off anesthesia, prepare to call out your favorite celebrities in a humorous way. They just might send you whatever you want.
