Not only does Fallout 4 have 100% weapon modding, but it has a database of over thirty common names and will use them to offer you unique gameplay that doesn't exist anywhere else, you little s---. If only you could know what it's like to run Fallout 4 on your computer if it indeed had the top graphics available, maybe you would have held your tongue. But who cares about graphics, it's an RPG.
