TEAMBLOG #TBH5 THE BIG HOUSE 5 SUPER SUPER SMASH-BR OCTOBER 2-4,2015 DEARBORN, MICHIGAN WiiU Juggleblog: The Big House 5 Setups I'm excited to announce that we are working with event partners, Gaming Generations and EGE to provide setups and equipment at The Big House 5 coming up October 2-4, 2015 in Dearborn, MI! Thanks to their support we have a much higher capacity to run the tournament smoothly and we can offer nearly unlimited playing time throughout the weekend. AMING ENERATIONS GAMES, REPAIR, TOYS, & MORE There will be 100 Melee setups available at TBH5, setting a new all-time record for most Melee setups at a tournament even higher than the previous record of 72 Melee setups at TBH4. Better yet many of these setups are dedicated to friendlies all weekend, and will be marked on the floor plan as such. Setups are essential to every Smash major, and for how little theyre documented, they are such an important part of the tournament experience for attendees. For your reference, here are the number of Melee setups that previous majors provided this year: Melee Setup Totals 2015 The Big House 5 Super Smash Con Apex 2015 100 Setups TE IG oUSE SMASH ups Evo 2015 40 Setups CEO 2015 TBH5 will set a new all-time record for most Melee setups at a tournament. #TBH5 There will be at least 32 Wii U setups available at TBH5, including all monitors and GameCube controller adapters. This number may go up depending on final turnout numbers, but at the current rate of registration, 32 Wii U setups aligns appropriately with the player-to-setup ratio for both the Melee and Wii U events. For many months, Smash 4 TOs have struggled to crowdsource Wii U setups due to the skewed cost-to-incentive ratio for attendees to bring their consoles to events, the financial burden of buying appropriate monitors in bulk, and the difficulty of finding GameCube controller adapters anywhere. These three problems will be solved completely at TBH5 thanks to Gaming Generations, which is set to provide every piece of equipment necessary to run a full three-day Smash 4 national 泗 Wiu SUPER SMASH BROS Wiu SUPER SMASH BROS.
