Did Mike West give a shitty performance or was it shitty voice direction?

But the answer is probably yes to both. Also I think they could of saved time, money and my hearing if they just reused fox's voice clips from brawl seeing how most of the game's returning cast reused voice clips from brawl even when it made no sense to use them.
