Cloud's been on Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories (GBA), Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded (DS) Theatrhythm Final Fantasy (3DS), and Final Fantasy Explorers (3DS). I know that's not the same thing as having his original game be on a Nintendo console, but it's not like the character himself is a total stranger.
