I don't know if it's actually against the rules to put stuff in Hentai Quotes that aren't actually hentai or not (but it happens anyway). Could it? I dunno, I don't think this quite fits the "hentai" quality.

Son of a gun, I thought I tagged this character's name correctly, but that wasn't him (I've been re-re-rereading through the whole manga so far again… multiple times…. I can't stop. But this guy's had a number of appearances and speaking lines, esp. now being the boyfriend of the girl Chapter 1 was about who appears often… but I just can't find a name. He also doesn't had his "change" yet so he's one of the only ones with nothing unique yet, though.
