If she was a Yandere then I don't think Neo would have seemed so unusually okay with the whole "put Roman in jail for a while" plan. Didn't help that Neo seemed to enjoy working with the woman who came up with the plan. Don't Yandere's consider any women that have any kind of connection to their love interest as a threat?
