Okay, if they can make it come back around so that Cap. America can break out of this nonsense, then that's quite a bit better.
1) because it's basically the worst thing that could happen to him, and 2) it would be very interesting and creative case of art mimicking reality/a commentary on what's been happening in America.

It's still really out there, but then again, so are pretty much all of Marvel's recent comics.
