From my standpoint as a Tumblr lady and husbando-hoarder, it's mainly the style of the models/art. The Overwatch men seem to also be leaning more towards the "ideal" male standard when it comes to facial and physical features, while the men of TF2 are more… cartoony and exaggerated. If the styles were flipped, the image itself, would be flipped.
Of course, that's just me.
