It’s honestly not that clever. Don’t get me wrong, it’s leagues above “it was all a dream/someone in a coma/a mentally ill child’s imagination/etc.” but the “kindhearted character secretly pulling the strings the whole time because who would ever suspect them?” plot twist is pretty damn cliche at this point, too. Throwing in ridiculous evidence like her legendary skins (Because Torbjorn is actually a pirate/biker? 76 is Evel Knievel? Pharah is Native American and Genji is a desert nomad? They’re not serious. Neither is Mei’s line to her, it’s just a prank joke, bro.) and completely unfounded evidence like “the staff doesn’t heal people, it mechanizes them” or “Mercy is often more associated with mercy kills than sparing people” (Slow down there Dr. Kevorkian.) isn't exactly meaningful, either.
