That is actually pretty clever, when you think about it. It says "External Pain" at first, but it reads as "Eternal Pain" from that angle, which can send a subliminal message to the customer's brain about what to avoid, and thus, make them buy some of those pain-dealing products shown. Sneaky marketing right there.
