Whenever the Stand user visually witnesses an act that is considered illegal by local and federal-country laws the Stand will bind the target in place before encasing them in a powerful jail cell-like cage. The cage cannot be destroyed or damaged in any way and all attacks cannot exit between the bars of the cage. The target is unable to escape unless the stand user is defeated, or a certain amount of time passes. The weakness to this stand is that the lock on the cage can be picked, though it is difficult and each person has only one chance to do so.
