Said the Klansman to the Nation of Islam/Black Panthers activist while they both attended a rally where it was preached that blacks and whites in America can never integrate meaningfully and the only sensible course of action was to relocate the population so each state was occupied by only one race, then dissolve and Balkanize the Union along the new racial lines.*
