Well, I haven't been able to find this data in the actual database. The one I found from the BJS around this year 1) did it per 1,000 and 2) still measured that blacks earning >=$75,000 do less crime than poor whites (I'm not sure how comparable the figures are, since they note that they used what I assume for them was an insufficient sample size for the >=$75,000 earning blacks.)

I have found that rich black kids are incarcerated more than poor white kids.

But that's just for homicides and they said crimes in general. What are the overall rates?
