Well to be fair the budget for the Witcher 3 was actually 306 million zloty, which at current exchange rates is about 78 million USD.

Really, the mocking comparison people should be making is to Witcher 2, which only had a budget of 10 million USD, and is quite a bit older, but is still graphically superior in most ways compared to ME: Andromeda. Now there was a game that actually was powered by vodka and slav magic.
