Trigger has a guy know as Tattun who handles most English stuff. He's shows up on /a/'s LWA threads from time to time, so he's well versed in English language shitposting.

Well, not like super young kids; probably more in the young teenager bracket. Then again, knowing that the western adult fanbase really helped kick the show off via the Kickstarter, who knows?

This is definitely some of the most accurate English I've seen in an anime though. It wouldnt' surprise me if it turned out they just grabbed some real tweets and stuck them in there.
