I believe he's referring to anarcho syndicalism (otherwise understood to be anarcho communism). which appears to be a notable faction within anti-fa. given they fly the Red/black flag.
I think the hammer and sickle is just so people can register it as communism by sight.
and he really should have gone though it that way.
