At the end the couple dance together while holding hands and go towards the a sunset that has the shape of a heart. In Tobe! Rockman, you play as Rockman and your mission is to rescue princess Roll from danger, and once you save her a heart appears between the Megaman and Roll.

Very true, you see them and the first thing you perceive is two kids with some noticeable differences to normal humans when you compare them. Still, since they are androids you do know that things like sex is not possible so you can feel more safe and give it a pass.
