Ha, the classic "I hate everything about the left, I support everything about the right, but I consider myself a leftist for no fucking reason other than not wanting to be called a conservative or a republican"

I think "classical liberal" is more toward the libertarian-right. It sounds strange to us Americans who, thanks to the political climate, equate "liberal" with "leftist" rather than "libertarian."
