It's more of a reference to how comedians, video gamers, lgbt channels, anybody that says any dirty words or the million other things gets instantly demonetized.

A youtuber I watch was talking about in one of his videos his entire channel got temporarily demonetized for a couple weeks cause in a video he said "fuck" and then his video about him getting demonetized got demonetized.
