Le BBC on grooming gangs

It's a little bit of both: There's a shit ton of crime going on in these regions… a lot of which happen to be due to this huge influx of middle-east, Islamic migrants who refuse to change their world-views and values. Unfortunately, a lot of the top dogs in these countries don't want to be called racist, so they encourage officers to ignore crimes perpetrated by these types of people. But they have to do something, so that only leaves the low hanging fruit. The problem is that the fruit they took was basically scraping against the ground, which tipped everybody off (if it wasn't obvious) to just how bullshit these kinds of practices are.
