This is Sonic's model from the Brawl mod "Smash 2", which aims to recreate Melee's aesthetics as much as possible. Melee's intended characters such as Snake, Lucas and of course Sonic are included as well. Having Sonic with his Adventure 1 design makes this seem ever so believable.
